This little monkey is very into this expression now. Cringing his nose and raising his eyebrows.
He knows that it tickle us whenever he does this, so, everytime I request him to do this expression, he seldom fail me.
The dad brought him swimming this afternoon. It's been a long time since he last swam and seems like he is more accustom to the water now then before. Previously, he'll just stay near the edge and shallow part of the pool, now, he'll wander to the center of the pool. He even pretended to swim by supporting himself on both his hands while he floats and kicked his leg. He even crawled forward in the water using just his two hands while his legs float and he proudly annouced to me :" Mummy I swimming!"
I didn't join the pair in the pool as it was not "convenient" for me and also because I need to replace a pair of swimming costume. Declan came up, walked to me and asked :" Mummy, you want swimming?" and tried to lead me into the pool. I told him I can't swim and asked to just enjoy himself and seems like he really did enjoy himself.
After swimming, he still wanted to go "kai kai", so we brought him to west coast park. He had a great time there too. He totally forgotten about his nap.
We end the trip with a meal at McCafe and MacDonald's. I should say this boy had a fulfilling Saturday. Where should we go tomorrow?
